OPBR Autobot policies

Privacy Policy

OPBR Autobot uses account and operational information to provide software access, manage subscriptions, and protect the service.

Effective date:

Account and authentication information

Supabase provides account authentication and data services. Account information includes your email address, account identifier, account creation information, and authentication/session information needed to sign you in and recover access. Information you send to support is used to respond to your request.

Subscription, license, and device information

We use subscription status, entitlement source and expiry, Lemon Squeezy customer, transaction and subscription identifiers, and license status and activation information to determine access. Licensing uses pseudonymous or hashed device identifiers, device names, activation and activity times, and device-switch records to enforce one active device and the 30-day switch policy. These identifiers can be linked to your account and are not treated as anonymous information.

Referrals and giveaways

Referral information includes referral codes and attribution, qualifying purchases, and reward status. Giveaway information includes code redemption, eligibility, and the access granted or its expiry. We use these records to apply rewards and grants and prevent duplicate or abusive claims. Your referral code is intended to be shared; people who receive it can use it for attribution.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. OPBR Autobot does not directly store customers’ complete payment-card details. We receive the transaction and subscription information needed to manage access and billing support. Lemon Squeezy handles payment information under its own Privacy Policy.

Cookies, security, and operational records

The website uses cookies for sign-in sessions and referral attribution. Security and operational logging records events such as authentication failures, errors, request references, and access or licensing activity. Hosting and service providers may also process IP addresses and request/device metadata when serving requests. We use this information to maintain the service, troubleshoot failures, and detect abuse. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or referral attribution from working.

Service providers and external links

Information is processed by providers supporting hosting, authentication, data storage, and payments, including Vercel (website hosting), Supabase, and Lemon Squeezy, as needed for those functions. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect the service. Discord and YouTube operate under their own policies. If a YouTube walkthrough is embedded and loaded, your browser connects to YouTube, which may process connection and viewing information. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Retention and privacy requests

Account and operational records are retained as needed to provide access, administer billing and rewards, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. This policy does not promise immediate deletion of transaction or security records when a subscription is cancelled. Email jbinnisautobot@gmail.com for privacy questions, requests to access, correct, or delete your information, and related inquiries. Requests are assessed under applicable law, and we may need to verify account ownership. Available rights and any required retention depend on the circumstances and your location.
